Guitarist Jim Patton is the enigma of the band. People usually say that about guys who don't talk too much, but with Jim, there's a reason. Equal parts guitar hero, gear pimp, electronics whiz, and environmental scientist, Jim's just smarter than you, so deal with it. Having cut his teeth on a couple of releases by punk underachievers The Stiletto Boys, Jim brings an economic, yet very melodic style into the Project's sonic stew...half Keith Richards and half George Harrison.

I'd love to write more, but he really is a puzzle. We don't even know his middle name. What we do know, however, is that he can wire up a Trident 80 Series console module in his sleep, and he has excellent taste in amps, guitars, and whiskey.

If any of you gear sluts are looking for some high end esoteric analog recording gear, drop him a line here.
